How To Make Your Own Exfoliator
All of the old grandmother's tail are not true, but here is one that is! This is a recipe that I use to exfoliate my skin to make it smoother and firmer. First I make a pot of coffee. Then, I take the nice warm coffee grounds into the shower in a dish, with me and use them as an exfoliator. Caffine has a mild firming effect on skin and the coffee grounds gently exfoliate skin. Making your own spa products at home is cost effective over going to a spa or buying name brand products that cost a lot. This recipe really works, well! I recommend using coffee grounds in the shower once or twice a week to keep your skin younger and healthier looking. You won't regret it! Oh, I drink the coffee! First Published on Qassia

I never would have thought of that. Coffee grounds have the right texture though. I assume they don't stain the bath?
