These video games work up a swaet! Oui, Wii! The Wii game playing system from Nintendo and is about $250 and has taken video games to a high level with Wii Fit, about $90. Wii Fit's wireless balance board senses your slightest movement so that your MiI, or on-screen character, can mimic your movements exactly. This lets you dive into Wii Fit's inactive program, from yoga to virtual snowboarding to aerobics, even virtual Hula-hooping. To start, you enter your virtual statistics (height, weight and age), and the Wii Fit tells you whether you are over-weight, under-weight or just right. The device also charts your progress on its various programs. The more you train, the more Fit Credits you earn and the more activities you're allowed to try. I might have to buy one of these one of these days.
They do look tgood for working out in your own living room - saves buying all that exercise equipment that so many people don't have room for.
